Marvin Weir
Co-owner
Prior to founding Leduc Safety Service in 1982, Marv was
involved in safety training at the University of Alberta,
the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (training
division) and Beta Well Service's safety and training department.

Todd Weir
Co-owner/General
Manager
Todd joined Leduc Safety Service in 1985. Todd spent the
first 10 years with Leduc Safety primarily involved in First
Aid/CPR and H2S Alive instruction. His duties now are in office
administration. |

Jake
Mascot
Jake spends most of the day working from his home office. He is in charge of security and supervising staff lunches. Jake joined us in August 2006. |

Sharon Weir
Office Administration
After nearly 20 years in banking, Sharon joined Leduc Safety
in 2003. She works primarily in accounts payable/receivables. |

Curt Geake
Training Coordinator
Curt joined Leduc Safety in 2001 and spent the first couple
of years in the classroom instructing St. John Ambulance First
Aid/CPR. With a background in Business Administration, Curt
now splits his time between classroom instruction and office
duties. |

Adele Parks
Instructor
After working 20 years, Adele decided to "semi-retire" and work for herself. She
was able to spend her days doing graphic design and taking on the occasional
contract, managing business operations, helping companies grow their existing
businesses or restructure in order to accommodate new direction.
After 5 years being "boss" Adele decided to get out of the "office" environment all
together and decided to become a St. John Ambulance Instructor.
Adele joined LSS in 2010.

Ron Ingram-Johnson
Consulting Instructor
Ron was employed for over 30 years as a Supervisor and Loss
Prevention Coordinator at a chemical plant that produced pure
Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S). Ron now instructs H2S Alive courses
on a consultant basis. He has been teaching for Leduc Safety
since 2003. |

Daniel Hicks
Instructor
Daniel has been involved with safety training since 1971.
Daniel was previously employed with St. John Ambulance, Canadian
Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (C.A.O.D.C.) and
the Alberta Petroleum Industry Training Centre (A.P.I.T.C.).
He has been with Leduc Safety since 1991 instruction H2S Alive,
First Aid/CPR, Confined Space, W.H.M.I.S. and T.D.G. training. |

Monique Bilodeau
Instructor
Monique has been with Leduc Safety as a part time instructor since December 2005.
Monique has an extensive training background as a lifeguard/swimming instructor. She
is a registered Massage Therapist specializing in Advanced CranioSacral Therapy and
has been teaching First Aid/CPR since 2002.

Chris Christensen
Instructor
Chris has over 25 years experience in the safety service business. Chris has an
extensive background working with breathing apparatus and gas detection equipment as
well as years of experience in the safety training side of the petroleum industry.
Chris has been instructing for Leduc Safety since May 2006. |

Bob Mijanovich
Instructor
Bob joined Leduc Safety Service in 2009. He has 10 years combined experience working Well Service and Drilling rigs, as well as commercial electrical and construction industry experience. He specializes in Hydrogen Sulphide Alive, Ground Disturbance and Confined Space Entry/Rescue instruction. |
